Fixed possible list error when discarding tasks in a sum, average, or high task.

Added:

You can now send emails through Microsoft Outlook.  This is only necessary and useful if your site prevents standard emails (smtp protocol).

Fixed error showing mean and median in histogram plots when the x-axis wasn't 0.

Fixed email error when not using html that had extra "This should be viewed using a fixed font such as courier".

Fixed error in emails that didn't have a subject line.
